All tariff's are in Thai Baht (Currency Converter) and are per night & per room, single or double occupancy. Below rates include complimentary breakfast and all tax and service charges.

• Extra bed or 3rd person in room surcharge-500 Baht. (Except for Suites) Child (2 - 12 years old)-300 Baht. Peak Season extra bed: Adult-1000 Baht Child-500 Baht
• Family Bungalow or Family Hotel Suite: Extra bed or 5th person is same rate as above.
• Breakfast is for registered guests only. Any additional guest’s breakfast will be billed to guest room.
• Late check out until 17:00 surcharge 500 Baht per room
• Airport Transfer Rates

  • 400 baht for 1 or 2 persons

  • 500 baht for 3 or 4 persons

  • 600 baht for 5 - 8 persons

  • Children under 12 years old - Free of charge

• Discounts for travel agents, travel trade and airline staff (ID required)
• 10% discount for repeat guests.
• One guest is entitled to only one discount type; Discounts are not valid during peak season.
• Special discount available depending on occupancy or duration of stay. In the case of a "Long Stay" discount, if the guest departs earlier than 10 nights, the guest will be charged the full room rate.
• Please note that there is an additional charge of 3% for all credit card payments.
• Compulsory Gala Dinner: Dinner(s) will be added to final room bill.  New Years Eve 31 Dec. - 3000 baht (Adult) 1500 baht (Child 5-12).
• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations more than 2 weeks prior to arrival: No Charge

  • Cancellations 2 weeks or less prior to arrival and No-Shows: 1 nights tariff for each room booked will be charged.
